How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery takes two to four business days nationwide across all 9 provinces via BobGo couriers (TCG Connect, RAM, SkyNet, Internet Express). You’ll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email.

What is your return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days of receiving your order. Email onlinebuildx@gmail.com with your order number and reason. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Is there a warranty on these tools?
All INGCO power tools carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If your tool fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we replace it at no cost — including delivery. Contact us with photos or a video of the issue before returning anything.
The INGCO AKISD0808 is an 8-piece ratchet screwdriver set consisting of one ergonomic ratchet handle and seven interchangeable 25mm CrV screwdriver bits: PH1, PH2, PH3 (Phillips), SL5 and SL6 (Slotted), T15 and T20 (Torx). The three-position ratchet switch allows fastening, unfastening, and locked/neutral modes with magnetic bit retention for secure fit.
