How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery takes two to four business days nationwide across all 9 provinces via BobGo couriers (TCG Connect, RAM, SkyNet, Internet Express). You’ll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email.

What is your return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days of receiving your order. Email onlinebuildx@gmail.com with your order number and reason. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Is there a warranty on these tools?
All INGCO power tools carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If your tool fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we replace it at no cost — including delivery. Contact us with photos or a video of the issue before returning anything.
The INGCO HHS6301 is a hedge shear with heat-treated 55# carbon steel blades finished with a Teflon coating for rust resistance and smooth, clean cuts. The 55.7cm blade length handles hedges, shrubs, and ornamental bushes with ease, while the 25cm sponge-padded handles provide comfortable grip during extended trimming sessions. Total length approximately 65cm.
