How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery takes two to four business days nationwide across all 9 provinces via BobGo couriers (TCG Connect, RAM, SkyNet, Internet Express). You’ll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, Ozow, Zapper, SnapScan, and Capitec Pay — all processed securely via Peach Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
What is your return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days of receiving your order. Email onlinebuildx@gmail.com with your order number and reason. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Is there a warranty on these tools?
All INGCO power tools carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If your tool fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we replace it at no cost — including delivery. Contact us with photos or a video of the issue before returning anything.
