How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery takes two to four business days nationwide across all 9 provinces via BobGo couriers (TCG Connect, RAM, SkyNet, Internet Express). You’ll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email.

What is your return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days of receiving your order. Email onlinebuildx@gmail.com with your order number and reason. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Is there a warranty on these tools?
All INGCO power tools carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If your tool fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we replace it at no cost — including delivery. Contact us with photos or a video of the issue before returning anything.
The INGCO CRHLI262085 is a powerful 20V cordless rotary hammer with a brushless motor and 2.5 J of impact energy — INGCO's heavy-duty option in the 20V cordless range. Equipped with an SDS Plus chuck, it drills up to 26 mm in concrete, 13 mm in steel and 30 mm in wood, handling anchor installations, conduit runs and general masonry work with ease. The variable speed of 0–1,100 RPM and impact rate of 0–5,000 BPM offer precise control for both drilling and light chiselling. An integrated LED work light keeps your work area illuminated. This kit version ships with two 4.0 Ah batteries, a charger, drill bits, a chisel and a carrying case — everything you need to start working immediately.
