How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery takes two to four business days nationwide across all 9 provinces via BobGo couriers (TCG Connect, RAM, SkyNet, Internet Express). You’ll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email.

Is there a warranty on these tools?
All INGCO power tools carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If your tool fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we replace it at no cost — including delivery. Contact us with photos or a video of the issue before returning anything.
The INGCO CRHLI22208 is a 20V cordless rotary hammer powered by a brushless motor, delivering 2.0 J of impact energy through an SDS Plus chuck. It drills up to 22 mm in concrete, 13 mm in steel and 28 mm in wood, covering the most common drilling and chiselling tasks on a building site or renovation project. The variable speed of 0–1,100 RPM and impact rate of 0–5,400 BPM give you full control from light anchor holes to heavier chiselling work. An integrated LED work light keeps your mark visible, and three drill bits plus a chisel are included to get you started straight out of the box.
