How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery takes two to four business days nationwide across all 9 provinces via BobGo couriers (TCG Connect, RAM, SkyNet, Internet Express). You’ll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and email.

What is your return policy?

Is there a warranty on these tools?
All INGCO power tools carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If your tool fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we replace it at no cost — including delivery. Contact us with photos or a video of the issue before returning anything.
The INGCO HLL3012165 is a professional-grade 20V cordless 3D laser level that projects bright green laser lines across 360 degrees for accurate levelling and alignment on any job site. It features 1 horizontal 360° plane and 2 vertical 360° planes (12 laser lines in total), providing full-room coverage for tiling, framing, cabinetry, and general construction layout. The self-levelling system compensates within ±4°, and accuracy is rated at ±1.5mm at 7m. Powered by 20V P20S batteries, the kit includes two 2.0Ah batteries and a charger for extended cordless operation.
